At Homegrown, our service providers are committed to doing their very best to be on time for your appointment and communicative of any scheduling issues - all we ask is the same!

Tips are appreciated but not required. A rebooking, referral, or review are equally appreciated!

Please note in your online booking or directly to our scheduling staff if you would prefer a silent appointment, or need any accommodations such as ADA seating, private appointments, etc. and we will be happy to assist you

For a relaxing experience for yourself and all guests, we ask that unattended children under the age of 10 are left at home for any appointment over 1 hour

Bang Trims and Consultations are booked in 15min slots and are always free! Speak to our scheduling staff to be placed with the right fit for you

If you would like an exact price quote before your service begins, feel free to ask us during your initial consultation

-Travel Fees-

$3 per mile roundtrip will be added to any service requiring travel from our service providers

-Deposit Policies-
-
First Time clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit to schedule a new appointment
-
$25 deposit required for all Formal Hairstyles, and $50 for Wedding Styles
(All deposits will be subtracted from your final bill)

We understand that emergencies may occur and do our best to accommodate you in the event of unforseeable occasions, but as a general rule, please see our list of procedures below:

-Scheduling Policies-

We appreciate a 48hr notice of any scheduling changes, confirmation notices are sent out 72hrs in advance to assist you. If you are not receiving our confimation notices, please let us know so we can make sure your information is correct and up to date.

There is a 15min grace period for appointments, clients arriving after this grace period are subject to being removed, replaced or rescheduled

No-Shows, and cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24hrs are subject to a 50% payment before any future appointments can be made

Over 3 no shows or cancellations will result in a mandatory 50% deposit to schedule all future appointments

We appreciate your understanding in this matter, these safeguards allow our staff the opportunity to fill any gaps in their schedules and avoid any loss of income for themselves and their families.
